Chapter Two partners with Shot Tower Capital and RedBrick Advisors

Chapter Two, a Swedish music technology company, and Shot Tower Capital today announced a strategic partnership to launch Baltazar, a new intelligence platform designed to standardize music royalty analytics and copyright valuation for institutional markets.

The partnership brings together Chapter Two's proprietary royalty data technology with the institutional music industry and valuation expertise of leading entertainment investment bank Shot Tower Capital, and valuation firm, RedBrick Advisors.

Baltazar is built to address long-standing challenges in how music royalty data is processed, tracked, and analyzed, providing much needed intelligence in a secure and confidential environment for acquirors, financing partners, and advisors to catalog and copyright owners. These systems are increasingly important as institutional investors play an increasingly important role in the music royalties economy.

Baltazar enables institutional investors to gain extensive in-depth insights into the music catalogs they are analyzing. Built on technology trained on more than $2 billion in historical royalty payouts across over 100,000 catalogs, the platform brings clarity and structure to complex royalty data.

While the current version of the platform is designed primarily for professional users with deep expertise in music rights, the technology is built for broad industry application.

Chapter Two's royalty data technology has already been used in live institutional transactions, including HarbourView Equity Partners' acquisition of a stake in producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins' catalog.
